1.) Decide to be coachable!

2.) Decide to serve.
a. Be a servant to and do whatever you can for those of higher rank/status than you, so you can learn more about what made them successful
b. Build people to be better leaders than you. You must serve your team.
c. Make your dream board of all you aspire to be and have. (Habakkuk- write the vision and make it plain)

3.) Find an accountability partner.
a. Become laser focused and razor sharp. Learn to be transparent and adhere to constructive criticism. You have got to learn that you don’t know everything and you can grow from others. Be focused and sharp. (Proverbs- iron sharpening iron)

4.) Back to being coachable.
a. Humble yourself. Don’t be a big head. You can’t grow if you aren’t willing to play the adult game of follow the leader. Learning how to duplicate and become duplicatible. Walk in humility and abound in grace. (James 4:6- grace is given to the humble)

5.) Create a system that is duplicatible.
a. The system should be easy. (1 Corinthians 14:40- Do things in decently and in order)
b. You have to work! Faith without works is dead.
c. Success is not a secret. It’s a system
d. ASK FOR HELP!! If you need help, send her an email with the title- “I NEED HELP”.
e. Eliminate all negative forces around you and live with NO MORE EXCUSES!

6.) Live by the five seeds:
a. Educate
b. Motivate
c. Cultivate
d. Penetrate
e. Generate
· Plant good seeds.
(II Corinthians 9:6- Sow sparingly, reap sparingly; sow bountifully, reap bountifully)
Some people don’t want help. They don’t stay plugged in, spread cancers and are very negative. Don’t waste time with them. Don’t plow onto toxic ground. Move on to those who need it first!

7.) Edify at all times.
a. Speak life into the organization and the situation.
b. Don’t speak badly about the leaders and products.
c. Proverbs 18:21- There is power in the tongue

8.) Recruit “Mini Me’s”
a. You want people just like you. People who have tenacity, creativity, resiliency, and who are just straight up “bad to the bone”.

9.) Be willing to die to yourself daily.
a. LET IT GO! Get out of your own way.
b. Humble yourself under the hand of the Almighty God. (1 Peter 5:6)

10.) Never give up and never give in.
a. Renew your mind every day to know that you should never stop.

a.) When God plants a seed of prosperity in your belly, don’t let anyone abort your blessing.

c. Stay focused. Don’t let anyone terminate your gifts with negativity.
d. Be careful of what you let around you. Just as if you are pregnant.
e. Be oh so careful about jealous things; negative things. You don’t know someone’s story, i.e., homelessness, foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.
f. It’s not an option to fail.
g. God is going to use you as a vehicle for prosperity.
h. Commit to push through the pain until your victory (baby) comes.

j. What God has for you is for you! DO IT HIS WAY!
